Information on Your Order
An e-mail message is sent to you when your order ships. The e-mail will include instructions explaining how you can track the shipment of your order online. If applicable, this e-mail includes the names of the delivery carrier, a shipment tracking number and the delivery carrier’s internet address, where the shipment can be tracked. If, after the appropriate processing time has elapsed, you have not received an e-mail confirming the shipment of your merchandise, please contact us at email@example.com. We will make every effort to respond to your e-mail by the next business day.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Please note that Plasticolor processes your orders electronically. Your order may be in process soon after you press the “Complete Purchase”. Changes cannot be made to an order in process. If changes to an order are required it may cause us to cancel the order. We will make every effort to stop the processing of your order if it has not shipped. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us at 1-800-367-2087. Orders cannot be cancelled if merchandise has been shipped. We will process orders that originate and are shipped to an address located within the United States.
Returns or Exchanges
Plasticolor offers a refund or exchange of products returned within 30 days of shipping. To expedite the returns process, please have your order confirmation email with you when you call our Customer Service department at 1-800-367-2087. The Customer Service representative will instruct you on how to return the product back to us. Please do not return the product without contacting us first, as this might forfeit your ability to obtain your full refund.
If you ordered by credit card, we’ll credit your account within 14 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item.
